Shaya Sepmem Energy Co., Ltd., a holding company that most of its shares belong to Chengdu Sepmen Science & Technology Co., Ltd., is constructing an LNG plant which has been invested nearly 100 million RMB. The plant is located at Shunbei Oil & Gas Fields and designed to recover & liquefy 150,000 CBM of gas per day.
